Modest outfits for teens for every occasion
Modest outfit 1
Okay, I’ve got the first modest outfit idea for you and it’s some joggers paired with a hoodie. I’ve styled it in two different ways to give you an idea of how you can play around with colours.
What’s the first thing that stood out to you when you saw the outfit?
Let me guess it’s the colours right? Many teens are scared of bold colours because they stand out from the crowd and it’s a bit uncomfortable.
Being a modest girl you’re going to stand out anyway and be proud of it, it’s your power and honour from your creator.
But see it as you being an inspiration- who knows you might inspire others to dress modestly.

Modest outfit 2
To recreate this modest outfit you need: A white hijab, a white shirt and some wide-leg jeans
Once again another simple and stylish modest outfit for teens. This outfit is perfect to wear to school, in fashion terms you’d call this a smart casual outfit.
You just can’t go wrong with wide-leg jeans, perfect for every season and they can be paired with many modest outfits.
Now just throw on your trainers and grab some accessories and your look is complete!
Modest outfit 3
To recreate this modest outfit you need: a black hijab, a white shirt, a cropped black sweater vest and wide-leg jeans
Isn’t it crazy how you can create a completely different outfit by just adding one or two pieces of clothing?
One modest fashion tip for you is layering. If you’re still a beginner it will happen as you practise and experiment more with your modest outfits.
Modest Outfit 4
To recreate this modest outfit you need: an oversized black hoodie of your choice, wide-leg jeans and a matching blue hijab.
Simple, cute and modest what more can you want?
You know those lazy days you want to look good but you just want to wear something super comfy like a hoodie. Yeah! this is one of those outfits.
One important modest fashion tip when styling modest outfits for teens is to spice your outfits up with accessories that could be jewellery, a bag or a hat (which you can wear with your hijab too!)
Modest Outfit 5
To recreate this modest outfit you need: a lilac hijab, a lilac oversized t-shirt, lilac joggers, an oversized leather blazer and a black bum bag.
As you can see we’ve gone with a lilac theme paired with black because black goes with every colour. And if you can’t tell I’M OBSESSED with the colour lilac.
The oversized leather blazer turns the outfit from casual to that bit of class. Top that with a gold chained bum bag which just adds the icing to the cake for a perfect finish.
Don’t be afraid to add more accessories like jewellery or a cute bucket hat, the ball is in your court.
Modest Outfit 6
The next modest outfit idea is an abaya, I call it the Muslim princess outfit forget about cinderella or snow white we’ve got our modest queens out here!
I went with a monochrome look- so we’re in all chocolate brown. I’m wearing white sandals but if that’s not your thing no problem you can wear trainers with them. They will look even better- a drippy modest queen!
If you want to wear abayas in the winter just throw on a cute coat and you’re all set. It’s all about creativity in the modest world and once you get the hang of it it really isn’t hard.
Modest Outfit 7
To recreate this final modest outfit you need: a black hijab, a white shirt, a black sweater vest and some black cargo pants.
You can wear this to dinner, a fancy restaurant or school. Whatever the occasion this smart casual outfit will always deliver.
To finish off this modest outfit pair it with boots/ trainers and some accessories like a cute bag and jewellery and you’ve got a complete stylish modest outfit for teens.
